At the Maunakea Acupuncture and Wellness Center, we focus on offering a comprehensive health service to you.  We use different treatment modalities practiced in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help you achieve balance and well-being.  We offer acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, and herbal therapy.  

The office is located inside of the Kuakini Medical Plaza building. We are on the 8th floor. The Kuakini Medical Plaza is part of the Kuakini Health System a.k.a Kuakini Medical Center and is mainly in between Liliha Street and Nuuanu Avenue. Park in the Kuakini Medical Center Garage. We offer partial validation.

Wednesday:  8:40am - 6:00pm

Thursday:        8:40am - 1:00pm

Friday:               8:40am - 6:00pm

Saturday:         9:00am - 1:00pm

Sunday:             Closed

We accept most health insurances that cover acupuncture. Health insurances also include Auto-accident and Workman's comp.

We are pleased to serve our veterans through the VA Choice Program. Contact your VA representative to request an authorization for treatments at our office.

For those paying out of pocket, we accept cash, check, and credit card for payment.
